我與藝術的關係
art and me
台灣人，出生於新北市，視覺藝術創作者，亦從事插畫創作引導教學。持續在繪畫、行為錄像與影像裝置等不同媒材中穿梭，探索生命力量所展現的變化與流動。創作對我而言，是一種與世界對話的方式，也是將感受具現化的過程。
喜歡關注人在自然、時間與空間之中的存在樣態。繪畫讓我連結內在深層的直心靈狀態；版畫創作使我在身體勞動中感受到專注與平靜；而影像則展現出自由、重組與流動的敘事能量。每一種媒材，都觸發我對生命不同面向的認識與經驗，也回應著對於生活熱情與感知延展的狀態。
我也喜愛透過抽象的視覺語彙，連結自然和生活環境、土地情感與日常物件，讓作品以不同的形式浮現 —— 一幅畫、一段影像、一件裝置，也可能是一場對話或片刻的圖像凝結。創作，是我與世界共鳴的方式，也是我表達對生命熱愛的連結與通道。
Born in New Taipei City, Taiwan, I am a visual artist engaged in painting, performance video, and video installation, as well as an instructor guiding illustration-based creative learning. I continually explore the flow and transformation of life energy through diverse media. To me, art-making is both a dialogue with the world and a process of embodying perception.
My work centers on the human presence within nature, time, and space. Painting connects me to inner spiritual states; printmaking brings a sense of focus and tranquility through physical engagement; video art expresses fluid, reconfigurable narrative energy. Each medium deepens my experience of life and responds to my pursuit of artistic freedom and expanded perception.
Through abstract visual language, I also explore connections with nature, lived environments, emotional attachment to land, and everyday objects—allowing works to emerge in multiple forms: a painting, a video, an installation, a conversation, or even a moment of visual crystallization. Art is my way of resonating with the world and expressing a profound love for life.
